WAMC, Inc. is a distribution, production and entertainment financial consulting company incorporated in the
United States in July 1995.
The founders of the company are Sidonie Herman and Dominique Bovio. Sidonie Herman ran production
units and companies for over 25 years and since 1992, her specialty has been in securing production financing for international
film and television co-productions. Today as Executive Vice President and CFO of WAMC, she is running the consultancy and the
production departments of the company. Dominique Bovio brings over 22 years of marketing and advertising media expertise to
WAMC's list of impressive credentials. Today, as President and CEO of WAMC, he is running the distribution department of the company.
Being recognized on an international level, WAMC has earned
a reputation by effective managing fundraising, distributing,
as well as being involved on all levels of production and
co-production. In addition to WAMC's established history in
"live-action motion picture production and financing", the
company has developed an expertise in the field of financing
and production in the world of international animation (The
Neverending Story, Prince Valiant, Paddington Bear, Red Beard,
Draculito, The Last Reservation, The Bellflower Bunnies, Princess
of the Nile, etc.)

Since mid 90, WAMC finalized more than U$ 106 million co-production deals,
and raised over U$ 57 million through North American or European co-producers,
pre-sales, distribution minimum guarantees, gap financing, etc, to help these
productions to be completed. These amounts do not include revenues coming
from licensing and merchandise.
WAMC's original activity and expertise (consultancy) attracted European companies
looking for international co-production partnership which include North America, but
also North American independent production companies which wanted to work with European
partners. WAMC's expertise and contacts have opened a door on the American market for
foreign programs (Christian community, educational and institutional market, networks
etc) and, conversely, WAMC has been actively identifying those American projects, which
have the most potential in the foreign market.
As WAMC went along with recognition and success in its establishment, other activities
cropped up. For the company, it was time to foresee the future, and build some assets up.

Therefore WAMC built up a catalogue of distribution
rights. The company is distributing high quality and high
potential programs. WAMC's distribution department secured
a diverse catalogue of animated programs: feature films, direct-to-video,
specials & animated series, (over 240 half hours) and documentaries.
But WAMC is also acting as producer on its own properties:
